Our range of neodymium magnetic blocks with countersunk hole are made of an alloy of Neodymium, Iron and Boron.
The lateral magnetization concentrates the attraction force on the thinnest sides of the magnet (on the thickness).
This makes them particularly suitable as magnetic fasteners where it is necessary to minimize the size of the magnetic surface, while maximizing its power.
They offer great force of attraction even in the smallest dimensions, thus allowing their use and installation in confined spaces without compromising the grip, and thus avoiding the use of glues or permanent fastening methods.
Thanks to these features, they are widely used in many sectors, the main ones being furniture, interior, packaging, advertising, lighting, etc.

The maximum standard operating temperature is 80 °C.
On request, we can supply magnets capable of operating at higher temperatures, as indicated in the Materials Table.
Many of these sizes are also available in other variants, with different coatings and degrees of magnetization.
The force values given in the tables are the result of dynamometric tests performed with a 10 mm thick iron plate.
Any variations from this standard in the use may change the actual performance of the magnet.
It is always recommended to perform specific tests according to your application. |
For any request or information fill out this form, we will reply as soon as possible.
