Neodymium permanent magnet

Neodymium magnets were developed in the early 1980s and are obtained through sintering of rare earths: Neodymium, Iron and Boron (NdFeB).

They represent the most technologically advanced product available on the market and achieve the highest magnetic force values when compared with other materials of the same size.

Another great advantage is the maintenance of magnetic charge over time, which is higher than other magnets.

These characteristics make them the ideal solution in different sectors, ranging from design products, furniture, packaging, advertising, mechanical processing, medical equipment, thermoplastic molding, etc.

We offer a wide range of neodymium discs, blocks, rings and spheres in various sizes, with different degrees of magnetization and heat resistance.

This product range is also integrated by our magnets with countersunk hole, with adhesive and with rubber pads.

The main technical characteristics are given for each magnet, such as degree of magnetization, type of coating (nickel, zinc, gold or epoxy coatings), maximum operating temperature and orientation of the magnetic field.

The standard magnetization offered for our magnets is N35 with axial magnetization, with nickel coating and resistance up to 80 °C.

We also have many other variants immediately available in stock that you will not yet find listed on the site.

Custom magnets with higher magnetization degrees (N38, N40, N42, N45, N48, N50, N52, N54), in different coatings, temperature resistance up to 200 °C and different directions of magnetization can also be supplied on request.
