NEODYMIUM MAGNETIC SYSTEMS
THREADED ROD

Magnetic Systems in Neodymium with threaded rod are among the most common types on the market. The rod at the bottom facilitates mounting and allows the use of a magnet without a central hole, allowing it to develop the maximum possible force.

The steel cup amplifies the magnetic field by focusing it on the free surface of the magnet. This allows these products to generate a much greater adhesive force than simple neodymium magnets.
In addition, the cup itself provides additional protection against impact and structural strength on the whole.

The following is a brief overview of the different series with their main features:

SM08: black resin coating;
SM14: Essential construction design - available in black;
SM18: rubber, resin-coated o-ring;
SM32: plastic ring and transparent resin top layer;
SM36: non-slip adhesive rubber pad for increased grip.

Higher degree of magnetization (from N35 to N52), higher operating temperature (from 80 °C to 180 °C), different coating of the cup and the magnet (from standard nickel to zinc plated or black epoxy).
