NEODYMIUM MAGNETIC SYSTEMS
BLIND THREADED HOLE

The magnetic systems in this category are consist of a steel cup with a blind, threaded hole encapsulating a neodymium magnet.

The threaded hole on the bottom make it easy to assembly the magnetic pot and enables the use of a magnet without a central hole, allowing it to develop the maximum possible force.

The steel cup amplifies the magnetic field by focusing it on the free surface of the magnet. This allows these products to generate a much greater attraction force compared to simple neodymium magnets.

In addition, the cup itself provides the magnet with additional protection against shocks and structural resistance overall.

The following is a brief overview of the different series with their main features:

SM05: built-in brass ring with pressure-setting construction;
SM07: brass cup with two magnets of opposite poles on the same side;
SM22: transparent resin coating for improved scratch protection;
SM23: essential construction, magnet with higher magnetic grade;
SM33: equipped with female threaded rod.

On request, it is possible to customize the magnets of each series with different characteristics: higher grade of magnetization (from N35 to N52), higher operating temperature (from 80 °C to 180 °C), different coating for both cup and magnet (from standard nickel to zinc or black epoxy).
