The SM21 has a deep groove along the thickness.
This allows the magnet to be used in interlocking systems, without having to resort to bonding.
The magnet inside is further protected by a surface layer of black resin, which also gives an elegant look to the product. The magnetic NdFeB alloy’s adhesive force is further enhanced by the steel cup, ensuring high performance even in the smallest sizes.
These characteristics make them widely used in many sectors: furniture industry, automotive industry, advertising industry, thermoplastic molding, industrial equipment, etc.

The maximum standard operating temperature for resin-coated products is 60°C.
On request, we can supply magnets capable of operating at higher temperatures, as indicated in the Materials Table.
Many of these sizes are also available in other variants, with different coatings and degrees of magnetization.
The force values given in the tables are the result of dynamometric tests performed with a 10 mm thick iron plate.
Any variations from this standard may affect the actual performance of the magnet.
It is always recommended to perform specific tests according to your application. |
