Magnetic pots with through hole are among the most common and versatile types, thanks to the possibility of being quickly fastened to the support with a screw.
We offer Magnetic Systems with both countersunk and cylindrical hole to adapt to each type of application.
The steel cup amplifies the magnetic field by focusing it on the free surface of the magnet. This allows these products to generate a much greater attraction force in comparison to simple neodymium magnets.
In addition, the cup itself provides the magnet with additional protection against shocks and structural resistance overall.
The following is a brief overview of the different series with their main features:
SM09: assorted series with different types of hole and finish;
SM19: countersunk hole - Resin-coated edge, specific for mounting with countersunk head screws;
SM30: countersunk hole - Specific for mounting with countersunk head screws;
SM31: Cylindrical hole - specific for mounting with cylindrical head screws.
On request, it is possible to customize the magnets of each series with different characteristics: higher degree of magnetization (from N35 to N52), higher operating temperature (from 80 °C to 180 °C), different coatings for cup and magnet (from standard nickel to zinc or black epoxy).
