PLASTOFLEX X14

Plastoflex X14 is the most suitable product when maximum possible adhesive force is required.

Thanks to the orientation of the atoms of the magnetic material during the production phase, this product is much more efficient than the non-oriented version (Plastoflex X5).

This type of plastoferrite is mainly used in panels, support structures, gaskets, souvenirs, sensors, etc.

In addition to the neutral version, we can also supply this material with adhesive or glossy, coloured PVC film on one side.

This product may be sold only in plates.

Thicknesses available range from 1.5 to 8 mm, maximum width from 400 to 450 mm, maximum length from 1 to 2.5 m (depending on the thickness). On request, we can also supply individual pieces cut to size, or die-cut in various shapes.

The magnetization offered as standard involves multiple alternating poles on one of the two sides. The magnetic profile, therefore, attracts mainly only on one side. Other types of magnetization may be provided on request (axial on two faces, multipole on two faces, etc.).
