Ferrite blocks are highly valued for the variety of sizes available.
They are immediately recognizable by their dark grey color.
They are often preferred to discs for use in narrow or irregular spaces, being able to make the most of the available surface by opting for long and thin shapes.
The main strengths of this magnetic material are its total resistance to rust and corrosion, its high maximum operating temperature (up to 250 °C) and its competitive price.
Although they do not boast a high attraction force, they are suitable for many industrial sectors, most notably electric motors and generators, hi-fi and sound systems, sensors, medical equipment, advertising, etc.
